    I just want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly. This is for all UHC Commercial plans as well as Medicare, excluding Dual Complete? Can we go in and submit prior to September 1st?

    this is not only another way to not pay providers, but it is again unclear on WHO actually needs the forms filled out. There are hundreds of plans.
