1-on-1 Membership
Our Library program provides all the content you need, with a HelpDesk when you need it, but this customized program goes much farther. Using the curriculum provided in our Library, 1-on-1 membership adds a personal, certified specialist to provide chiropractic training, guidance, analysis, accountability, and maybe a little handholding. Using their decades of experience, they analyze your practice and needs, then guide you and your team through a customized program from over a hundred unique, reimbursement- and compliance-related courses and modules. Whether it’s reimbursement, documentation, or any other area of focus, we’ll work on each specific issue with you to personally guide you to the outcome you want. Personal training, immediate answers at the other end of a phone, and implementation to make sure sticks for good – the 1-on-1 Membership has something for everyone, all with as little as a three-month commitment.

Compliance Programs
We know compliance isn’t sexy or fun…but it’s required. We make it easy by doing it with and for you. KMC University’s online Library chiropractic training is renowned in the profession for the quality, scope, depth, and breadth of its curriculum and support. It is constantly updated and stays on the cutting edge of healthcare reimbursement and compliance. The compliance training and implementation memberships add more than 20 additional courses and a supercharger, the KMCU certified specialist, to the basic Library subscription. Serving as your Compliance Official, in either OIG or HIPAA, our certified specialist becomes an adjunct to your team while implementing compliance for and with you, while training with a goal of handing the baton over for ongoing operations to your trained official. The end result is a fully implemented and operational HIPAA or OIG compliance program, ready to be maintained by you, and kept up to date by our ongoing support.

I just wanted to touch base and let you know how much you have helped my daily routine. I just can't tell you how much time and effort I have put in trying to figure out and correct the modifiers on our claims. We have been putting those in by hand and as you can well imagine there were many errors and many times our claims were stopped or just not paid. It seems to me half my life was spent trying to figure out just why we weren't getting paid. I am in awe of how you just clicked buttons and made my life so much easier. I can't thank you enough. I have a pile of old corrections to fix and after that I am done with this issue for good. I am working hard on my homework and although it is extremely difficult and tedious I do see light at the end of the tunnel. Just want you to know I appreciate more than you will ever know.
