Big changes are coming to the way you verify Medicare Part B eligibility! CMS has mandated that all Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) disable the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) eligibility check by March 31, 2025 — and some MACs are shutting it down even sooner. If you rely on IVR, it’s time to pivot!

In this video, we discuss the best alternatives, including using your MAC’s online portal to access essential beneficiary information. Stay ahead of these updates and ensure your practice remains compliant and make sure you sign up for provider access on your Medicare Administrative Contractor’s website.
