No More Snail Mail!
Starting February 1st all appeals must be submitted electronically for United Healthcare UHC claims. From reconsiderations to appeals, the electronic only submission requirement will impact providers nationwide. If you have been hesitant to register with payer portals, this is a perfect time to move it up on your To Do list. Those responsible for managing claims in the clinic should schedule time to review all the payer resources on this change.
