Marisa Bogar was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but is now residing in Indian Land, SC with her husband, two daughters and two pups. While she loved the Rocky Mountains, the ocean is where her heart is! She’s had many years in the customer service industry and knows how to step up and make magic happen in any area of need. Her high-level organizational skills are invaluable to KMC University! Marisa Bogar attended the Denver School of Massage Therapy and combines her wealth of experience in customer service with insight into anatomy and medical terminology.
Since we have been implementing compliance, we noticed that our claims have been processed better with increased collections and decreased denials! The copay collections have improved and asking for the patient responsibility is easier because we know what to ask for, and we can confidently collect while the patient is in the office rather than having to rely on sending out patient statements.
