Dr. Erin Stubblefield’s career path embodies an unyielding passion for chiropractic care. Since envisioning her future while only a freshman in high school (and even writing an article about her career aspirations in the local newspaper), Dr. Stubblefield dedicated herself to realizing this aspiration, graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2006. Her early professional years were spent in private practice in Illinois before transitioning to a Clinical Educator at Cleveland University – Kansas City in 2010.

During her 13+ year tenure in higher education, Dr. Stubblefield assumed diverse roles, ultimately rising to the esteemed position of Associate Professor. Notably, she navigated multifaceted responsibilities as a Health Center Clinician, a Clinical Liaison for Foot Levelers, Inc. from 2013 to 2023, and a Volunteer Clinician at the Kansas City CARE Health Clinic from 2013 to 2022. She is respected for her important contributions, including creating new courses and a flexible clinical curriculum for different learning styles as well as developing impactful policies.

Dr. Stubblefield transitioned her focus to independent office coaching and management in early 2024, culminating in the AAPC’s Certified Physician Practice Manager credentials in July 2024. The same year, she joined KMC University as a Consultant with a focus on collegiate education. This newfound direction underscores her continued dedication to chiropractic education – now spanning almost 2 decades – and her ongoing pursuit of professional growth and advancement.

Dr. Erin is an avid sports fan and will not turn down a good karaoke session. She lives in the Kansas City Metro with her husband.
