A properly formed treatment plan must include functional treatment goals. Based on the functional deficits with which the patient presents, you will create achievable functional goals as a part of your comprehensive chiropractic treatment plan. Short-term Goals (STG) as well as Long-term Goals (LTG) must include specific outcome dates for achievement of functional goals. This approach is patient-centric, encouraging effective and meaningful recovery.
